1.     Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. However, due to sanitary reasons and FDA regulations for dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.

2.     Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at drdascontact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will gladly replace it for you.

3.     Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

4.     Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include any Doctor Das oral probiotic products with broken or tampered security seals, opened tubs of chewable tablets, and any dietary supplement products that have come into contact with skin or body. 5.     Refunds Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
