Doctor Das - Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Doctor Das, we offer flexible purchasing options to meet your oral health needs. Whether you prefer a one-time purchase or the convenience of a subscription, we're here to support your wellness journey. This policy outlines the terms for both purchase options and how to manage or cancel your orders.

1.     Purchase Options: Doctor Das offers two convenient ways to purchase our oral probiotic supplements. You can make a One-Time Purchase for immediate delivery of your chosen products with no ongoing commitment, or you can Subscribe & Save to receive automatic deliveries at your preferred frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days) and enjoy exclusive benefits including discounted pricing, free shipping on all subscription orders, priority processing, and the flexibility to modify, pause, or cancel anytime.

2.     One-Time Purchase Cancellation: If you've placed a one-time purchase and wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage (typically within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation), we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or return the unopened items following our Refunds & Returns Policy. If your cancellation is successful, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3.     Subscription Management: Managing your Doctor Das subscription is easy and flexible. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account portal or by contacting our customer support team. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or minimum purchase requirements. You have full control over your delivery frequency, product selection, next shipment date, and payment information. To help you stay informed, we send email reminders 5 days before each scheduled shipment, giving you plenty of time to make any adjustments.

4.     Cancelling Subscription Shipments: To cancel an upcoming subscription shipment, you must make changes at least 48 hours (2 business days) before your scheduled processing date. This ensures we can stop the order before it enters our fulfillment system. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will not be charged for that shipment. However, if your subscription has already been processed (less than 48 hours before the shipment date), the order cannot be canceled, and you will be charged. You may then return the unopened product following our standard return policy.

5.     Permanently Cancelling Your Subscription: To permanently cancel your Doctor Das subscription, log into your account, navigate to 'Manage Subscription,' and select 'Cancel Subscription.' You can also contact our customer support team for assistance. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future shipments. However, any orders already processed cannot be cancelled and will be shipped and charged as scheduled. Your subscription benefits and pricing will end upon cancellation, and you will need to re-subscribe to regain these benefits.

6.     Refunds for Subscription Orders: Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as one-time purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that subscription discounts apply to the original purchase price, and refunds reflect the discounted amount paid. Once a subscription shipment has been processed and charged, the payment is non-refundable unless the product qualifies for return under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

7.     Switching Between Purchase Options: You can easily switch from a one-time purchase to a subscription or vice versa. If you've made a one-time purchase and want to start a subscription, simply create a new subscription order through your account. If you have an active subscription and prefer one-time purchases, cancel your subscription and place individual orders as needed. Please note that one-time purchases do not automatically convert to subscriptions, and subscription pricing applies only to active subscription orders.

8.     Failed Payment and Subscription Holds: If a subscription payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other payment issues, we will attempt to process the payment up to three times over a 7-day period. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment and instructions to update your payment information. If payment cannot be processed after three attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused. You can reactivate it at any time by updating your payment method in your account settings.
